RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges according to the following policy:
Returned accessories are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers handling time and our original credit card fees.
Returned window shades are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom Color shades are non-returnable. Only Smoke, Sand, Sunset, and Coastal shades may be returned.
Sale, Factory Second, and Limited Edition items are non-returnable.
All returned items must be brand-new and unused.
All returns must be requested within 30 days of order date, and received at Nightfall HQ within 10 days of RA# being sent.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized - simply send us an email at info@nightfalloverland.com telling us what piece you'd like to return and the reason, and we'll get an RA# back to you.
You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. If you received subsidized shipping on the original order, return refund amounts will reflect our full, original shipping cost, not the subsidized rate you originally received.
Please choose your Nightfall gear carefully - read all the specifications, install instructions, etc. - so that you have the best chance of receiving gear that will work for your purposes.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet begun actually building it. All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee; this covers our original credit card fees and employee time.
