SHIPPING

We ship orders in a timely and efficient manner, according to the following policy:

  • Most of our window shades are built to order. This means there is a lead time, which fluctuates depending on demand. Current lead time is listed on each vehicle page. We do sometimes have in-stock, ready-to-ship window shades available, as listed on each vehicle page.

  • Excepting built to order window shades, if you can order an item (In Stock shades and Accessories), it is in stock and ready to ship.

  • We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. All in-stock orders placed by 3pm MST Monday or Thursday ship that day (except orders including custom gear; orders containing a mix of in-stock and custom items ship together once the custom gear is completed). We don’t ship on federal holidays.

  • We ship everything via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. All window shades ship via FedEx, regardless of the option you choose; all accessories ship USPS, regardless of the option you choose. This is because our website platform does not allow us to remove shipping options only from certain products. For most domestic locations, delivery takes 2-4 business days. Due to our rural location, “Express” shipping isn’t generally much faster than Ground/Priority, and costs a whole bunch more… so we only offer Ground/Priority service.

  • We cannot be responsible for packages that are stolen once delivered. FedEx/USPS cannot be responsible in such cases either, and shipping insurance does not cover stolen packages. Please make sure you are sending your package to a secure location!

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
